Find Care App helps you discover nearby healthcare facilities like hospitals, senior living communities, hospice care providers, rehab centers, dental offices, and more — all from one easy-to-use map. Each listing includes contact details, descriptions, and sometimes 360° virtual tours.
First, download Find Care App. Then, on the app, enter a city, state, or ZIP code in the search bar — or tap 📍 My Location to use GPS. Results appear instantly on the map and as a scrollable list.
If you move or zoom the map, a “Search this area” button appears. Tap it to reload results based on the map’s new region — perfect for exploring nearby cities or neighborhoods.
Find Care App data is sourced from trusted databases like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state licensing boards, and verified provider submissions. We update regularly, but recommend confirming details directly with facilities.
Facilities that have claimed their profile can add their own descriptions, hours, photos, and virtual tours. Unclaimed listings only show basic information from public sources.
Providers can claim their listing by email info@findcare.dev. Once verified, they can manage their contact info, add media, and keep details up-to-date.
Try zooming out on the map, checking for typos, or enabling your phone’s location. Some rural areas may have fewer listings, but we’re expanding coverage every month.

No. Find Care App does not collect or store your personal data. Location access is only used temporarily to show nearby results — it’s never saved or shared. If you submit your facility email or phone number our affiliate company Virtual Tours LLC may contact you regarding creating a 360-degree interactive virtual tour of your business.
Yes! Each listing includes clickable phone numbers, emails, and websites so you can contact facilities instantly.
Our system syncs with public healthcare data sources and verified submissions on a rolling basis — typically every few weeks.
